Office Manager

This position can be started ASAP!

In collaboration with the Pastor-Director, the Office Manager will:
  • Coordinate office building, rental house, and exterior maintenance and repairs
  • Act as Financial Secretary of organization, keep donor information current, and reconcile petty cash and credit card accounts.
  • Manage leases and rent payments from residents of our 210 rental house.
  • Generate mailings (bulk and individual letters), maintain mailing databases, oversee all postage accounts.
  • Maintain records of all board meetings.
  • Handle incoming mail, phone calls and guests.
  • Assist Pastor-Director, Director of Advancement, and Treasurer.
  • Monitor parking applications, fees, and violations.

Resident Intern

This position is currently open for the 2018-2019 school year, and can be started ASAP!

​This is a paid position and includes housing.


The Resident Ministry Intern for Vocational Discernment (The Resident Intern) will oversee all aspects of The Found’s intentional student service-learning living community (The 210 House) and work with students as they seek to understand the implications of God’s call in their lives.
Responsibilities: 
  • Lead weekly 210 House meetings
  • Develop and implement a disciple/
    discernment process for 210 House residents
  • Foster connections between The Found, local churches, community service
    agencies and Purdue’s Office of Civic Engagement and Leadership to expand students’ service opportunities
  • Assist in planning and guiding local service
    opportunities and domestic and international “Encounter Immersion” trips for The Found
  • Lead weekly small group discussions/
    Bible studies
  • Help students integrate their learning into
    ​a deeper understanding of vocation and “call”
  • Be available for counsel and advice as students process their "call"
  • Promote a welcoming environment at The Found’s 200 N. Russell ministry center
  • Ensure that the ministry center is open and accessible to students and then secured each night
  • Work with the facility administrator to coordinate maintenance and repairs at The 210 House
  • Meet weekly with the pastor and attend meetings of the staff and board of directors
  • Participate in weekly Sunday worship & mid-week Authentic Dialogue/Bible study

​Qualifications and Requirements:
  1. Have achieved at minimum a B.A. or a B.S. at an accredited college or university
  2. Be a committed follower of Jesus and actively engaged in a growing relationship with God
  3. Support the mission and purpose of The Found and agree to all residential contractual and covenant obligations
  4. Live among students at The Found’s ministry center
  5. Able to travel internationally for “Encounter Immersion” trips
  6. Work under the direct supervision of The Found’s pastor
  7. Be open to having a great time and encounter God in a meaningful, even life changing way. It has become a tradition that The Found’s interns use their learning from this experience to better understand how God is calling them.
