Do you have skills or resources you'd love to offer freely to help The Found? To start, here are a few ideas and needs we have. If you have other ideas or skills not listed, don't hesitate to let us know as we would love to find a way to put them to use!
Ways to Volunteer:
Cook a meal during Finals Breakfast
Cleaning Day inside The Found
Build a new picnic bench
Gardening & curb appeal improvements
Organize a closet or cabinet
Donate new or very gently used furniture to replace old/broken furniture
Donate new/extra microphones and music stands for the worship band
Fix broken, but repairable furniture
Haul out old/unused/not-needed trinkets and furniture so we can recycle or donate them
Lead a workshop or teaching session to our students on a tangible or life skill (budgeting; finance; dating, marriage, & relationships; spiritual discernment; vocational calling; cross-cultural competency; car maintenance; self-defense; carpentry; crafts; DIY projects; etc.)
Become a mentor or pseudo family to students
Lead or Assist in planning an outdoor adventure for the students
Pianist: We need a piano player to help lead worship on Sundays and 1 practice during the week. If you or someone you know is a talented piano player and has a couple of hours to spare (2-4 hours per week), please let us know as we would love to have you help fill our worship band!
